Advocate. In the Law Firm’s team since 2010. He is primarily interested in contentious matters, property law and energy law. He is the leader of the litigation team in our Law Firm. In his job, he has represented clients before ordinary courts of all levels, across the entire country, before administrative courts, the Supreme Court and the Supreme Administrative Court, before arbitration tribunals and the National Appeal Chamber in public procurement matters. The value of the cases he handled exceeds half a billion PLN.
He has appeared in multiple cases involving transmission line easement, redress of damage or matters relating to the implementation of a large project in the area of measurement infrastructure and telecommunications. He also has experience in appearing before the President of the Energy Regulatory Office in matters relating to renewable energy sources. He has also represented Polski Koncern Naftowy ORLEN in court proceedings involving implementation of industrial investment and fuel logistics and advises in logistics projects which are strategic from the point of view of the state’s energy security.
Privately, he is interested in railways, rides a bicycle and travels, preferably off the beaten track. He never says no to sweets. He speaks English and Czech.
