As part of our work, we are also involved in advising both energy companies and other entities on issues related to energy law. We provide advice and support in proceedings involving suspected violations of energy law, as well as representation before the President of the Energy Regulatory Authority and the Competition and Consumer Protection Court.
In our previous activities, we have conducted numerous court and administrative proceedings concerning fines imposed for violations of energy law, the location of renewable energy sources, the issuing and updating of connection conditions, as well as the unlawful suspension of electricity supply. Our experience also allows us to advise on energy investment processes, in particular with regard to renewable energy sources.
