A legal counsel. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, she has been with the firm since its inception.  She specialises in contract law, commercial law and personal data protection. She is particularly passionate about the law of the Internet and new technologies, successfully combining this interest with her knowledge of intellectual property law, particularly the protection of rights relating to computer software, as well as the possibility of using this knowledge in the commercialisation of software.

She leads the team that manages infrastructure investments from the legal side. Highly specialised industrial investments worth more than PLN 750 million were created under her care. She manages a team of auditors conducting _due diligence_ pre-investment for private equity and venture capital investment funds.

Participates in investment processes ensuring the transactional security of our clients.

In addition to this, she fights every day to ensure that the law firm deserves to be called a ‘green’ law firm.
